We welcome all old and new customers to us at Kalmar Kebab, a well-established and well run family business owned and operated by two generations of the same family.

The company's starting place in Kalmar 1998. After 10 years of successful operations, we moved in 2008 into purpose-built premises in Helsingborg.

Here we have gathered warehousing facilities and semi automated production, which is made by means of custom modern machines.

Our wholesale customers throughout the southern and western Sweden, we are known for superior quality and delivery reliability. Many believe that we are number one in kebab production.

During more than 10 years, Kalmar Kebab very positive development from a local producer to a wholesaler of kebab meat (100% beef) and gyros meat (pork loin). We are now about 40 employees.

In the case of raw materials and production, we work in full after the NFA standards. That means including food safety at a high level and complete documentation of all raw materials.

During the first decade of expanding business, we at Kalmar Kebab received several business awards, which encouraged us to further evolve and become even better at what we do.

For example, we were appointed to the Settler of the Year 2004 in Kalmar County and to this year's rising stars in the region finals "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the renowned accounting firm Erns & Young in 2006.

Our next goal in our strategy to continuously develop ourselves and increase sales is to start in autumn 2008 also begin producing finished grilled kebab meat in consumer packaging for the food retailer. We have the capacity and mechanical resources needed to do this.

Even in the premises, we have the right conditions for further development. Our custom manufacturing facilities and our store with 700 tonne capacity available under one roof, with logistically well located just south of Helsingborg.

  • Our ingredients, beef and pork, is continuously carefully quality-controlled and come from leading suppliers in Scandinavia.
    The same applies to the spices in the unique recipes we use.
